MOLLY SAMUELSON (NEPOTE), M.A., LMFT

She/Her/Hers

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I obtained my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University, Twin Cities and am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH Counselor. I hold a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Georgia Southern University and the University of Minnesota Duluth.

I believe we are sensory beings, and the connection between myself and my client(s) is a powerful, collaborative relationship grounded in trust and safety that helps aid in the pursuit of healing and growth based on my clients individual needs. I am rooted in IFS, Experiential therapy, Narrative therapy, and utilize Mindfulness, CBT and DBT skills as sources for regulation. My experience is broad, but I work to create a compassionate space so that you can be completely honest with yourself and experience emotional truths as they are.

Through the authentic connection we create, there is an opportunity to observe and explore the parts of yourself and the stories that define you with a lens of acceptance and surrender. It is in these moments of empowerment where you find the courage within to reframe or recreate these stories with new meanings, or create new desired ways of experiencing yourself and the environments you are in. You are the captain of your journey, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this experience with you.
