Meet Kami Kessel, a certified health and well-being coach and yoga therapist specializing in helping people thrive after trauma. She works alongside mental health therapists and other practitioners to help clients heal movement patterns and habits that no longer serve them. Using SomaYoga, positive psychology, psychological first aid, and research-based coaching practices, Kami guides clients to greater peace in body and mind. Well-Being Coaching

Certified Health and Well-Being Coaches have undergone formal training and practicum in both coaching psychology and health science. These special coaches help clients develop and implement personal wellness plans by: recognizing your autonomy and values, meeting you where you are today, asking you to take charge, guiding you in doing the mindful thinking-doing work that builds confidence and self-efficacy, helping you define a higher purpose for wellness and uncover your natural impulse to be well, helping you tap into your innate capacities for wellness, and harnessing and developing your strengths.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy applies Yogic principles to a specific individual, with the objective of achieving particular goals. Yoga Therapy may help you gain a sense of your resilience and capacity, heal any residual trauma (such as from physical or emotional injury) in your body, and even help you change how you conceive of yourself. There are many ways of practicing yoga -- it's not just stretching :)

Working with how you breathe could help you retain more of your precious energy. Using mantras and meditations to help you change unhelpful thought patterns. Tweaking your daily routines you could sleep better or experience more moments of calm joy. 

In yoga therapy, you can learn how to: 

  • release stored tension that is contributing to anxiety

  • relieve long-held unexplained physical pain, and

  • move and breathe in a way that brings ease to your life.

  • Health and Well-Being Coaching Full Program

    $5000 for 16 weeks

    One 30-minute Discovery Session where we outline your well-being plan

    One 90-minute Wellness Vision Development, including identification of client strengths, values, supports and motivators

    Fifteen Weekly Sessions (30-45 minutes each) including goal review and commitments, positivity-based energy generation, motivational interviewing, and challenge review

    Option to substitute up to four weekly coaching sessions with a 60-minute yoga therapy session

  • Premium Coaching + Yoga Therapy Package

    $7500 for 16 weeks

    Blend coaching with yoga therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs, plus texting and accountability check-ins

  • Yoga Therapy: Meaningful Changes Package

    $1200 for Seven (7) 60-minute sessions

  • Accountability Program

    $900 for 8 weeks

    One 30-minute Discovery Session where we determine your direction/goals/supports

    Eight Weeks of Daily (Monday through Friday) Accountability Calls lasting 5-7 minutes each
