Fully Licensed Mental Health Practitioners (Full or Part Time)

We are always looking for passionate and dedicated therapists to join our growing team.  The ideal candidate is aligned with our core values and embraces an integrated systemic, collaborative approach. Must be Licensed in the State Of Minnesota by the appropriate Licensing Board (Pre-licensed candidates will be considered based on experience.)  In-person, Telehealth, and Hybrid options. Ideal candidates would have additional certifications in specialties such as EMDR, ART, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, etc. and be willing to work some evenings and weekends. Practicum Students/Interns

We are passionate about helping to develop up and coming therapists. Erin Shobe is a Minnesota approved supervisor for MFT, LPC, and LPCC, as well as a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor.  The ideal candidate is aligned with our core values and embraces an integrated systemic, collaborative approach. Must be currently enrolled in a Master’s/Doctoral program that is willing to partner with us for your practicum experience. Our Practice Provides: Scheduling and administrative support, credentialing, billing, EHR, support with marketing, compliance, use of computers, copiers, phone, and fax, team collaboration, consultation, and supervision, fully equipped play therapy and art therapy rooms, as well as a furnished office, premium pay for Certification in EMDR, SE, Play Therapy, PACC (adoption) and other advanced certifications

What We Expect:

●        Provide ethical individual, couples, and family therapy

●        Keep current and compliant documentation

●        Attend weekly collaborative meetings

●        Stay up to date on applicable laws and ethics

●        Have fun working with a team of colleagues committed to their client’s healing

Preferred Candidates:

●        Open to working with children and/or adolescents (prefer experience and training in Play Therapy)

●        Open to working with couples and families

●        Self-motivated

●        Fully licensed as a mental health professional in the state of MN (postgraduate/pre-licensed candidates will be considered based on experience)

●        Experience or training in trauma

●        Experience or training in Adoption and Foster Care

●        Experience using Electronic Health Records and knowledge of required documentation

●        Collaborative approach

●        Good communication skills

●        Flexibility with scheduling
