Greetings! I am a 2021 graduate of the Clinical Social Work Program at Augsburg College. I hold my Graduate Social Work License with the state of Minnesota. Over the past decade, I have worked as a social worker in the HIV/AIDS community through various support roles. Most of my tenure has been as an HIV/AIDS Medical Case Manager.

My practice focuses on relationships and creating a warm and welcoming space for all who are seeking support. My professional career has included working with people from various identities, cultures, and origins. I am sex and kink positive, with a long history working within queer communities. Coming from an intersectional, client-centered approach, I enjoy working within a trauma-informed, harm reduction, and attachment-based lens. My practice holds influence from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and elements of CBT and DBT practices.
