JENNA VISSELL, LMFT

She/They

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a master’s degree from Adler Graduate School. I specialize in relational therapy, welcoming all types and styles of relationships. Whether you're seeking therapy for couples, friends, family members, non-monogamous partners, caretakers, or co-parents, I am here to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your challenges and deepen your connections. I have 20 years of experience working with young children and their families, and I am passionate about supporting parents on their journey of living their values in parenthood.

As a queer therapist, I am deeply caring of supporting LGBTQIA+ communities in and outside of the therapy space, and believe this work is where we can cultivate social justice and joy for people of all backgrounds and identities. My life experience has provided with me a deep sense of respect for connection, and how differently we all express these needs. I am here to learn what matters most to you, and support the path to reaching your unique goals.

I am also a somatic breathwork practitioner and use an integrative approach to therapy rooted in emotion focused, somatic, Internal Family Systems, and nature-based modalities. I also utilize narrative, solution focused, and trauma informed techniques. My other specialty areas include chronic illness and pain, life transitions, grief, identity exploration, and pre-marital/relationship.

My focus is to build a safe and supportive space where you can explore the full range of your experiences. I am passionate about helping you find comfort in the uncomfortable and work together to change old patterns that no longer serve us, communicate our needs, and build a lifestyle of growth and awareness.
