I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Counseling from The Family Institute at Northwestern University and I am training in Play Therapy. I have previously graduated from Capella University with a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and North Dakota State University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology.

I enjoy promoting the emotional, behavioral, and social wellbeing of clients while also encouraging them to be their favorite selves. I work to embolden individuals, families, and groups from diverse populations while also supporting their emotional security and increasing the tools in their toolbox. 

I am passionate about helping individuals and families, especially children. I use techniques from various modalities, providing support that is individualized for each client. 

Bailee will start seeing new clients in April.
